At BOW, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, offering flexible delivery options across the UAE.

Delivery Options & Fees

• Free Same-Day Delivery on orders above 750 AED

• Free Next-Day Delivery on orders above 500 AED

For orders below the minimum thresholds:

• Same-Day Delivery: 30 AED

• Next-Day Delivery: 20 AED

Order Processing

• All orders are processed the same day.

• Orders must be placed before the cut-off times below to qualify for same-day or next-day delivery.

Cut-Off Times

• Same-Day Delivery:

• Dubai: Orders placed before 3:00 PM

• Other Emirates: Orders placed before 1:00 PM

• Next-Day Delivery:

• Orders placed before 10:00 PM

• Returns Collection Cut-Off:

• Requests submitted before 12:00 AM (midnight)

Delivery Windows

• Same-Day Delivery: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Next-Day Delivery: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Coverage Area

• Same-Day Delivery: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman

• Next-Day Delivery: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain

Parcel Requirements

• Standard Size: Maximum combined dimensions (L+W+H) under 90 cm, up to 5 kg

• Maximum Size: Combined dimensions up to 120 cm, up to 5 kg

• Orders above 25 kg must be split into multiple parcels

• Maximum 8 parcels per order, each within the above limits

Delivery Attempts

• Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.

• After 2 failed attempts, the customer will receive a WhatsApp message to confirm delivery details.

• If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, customer care will contact you to arrange a final attempt.

• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (or no confirmation is received within 72 hours), the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Proof of Delivery

• Delivery confirmation may include an image of the parcel at the delivery location.
