Refunds

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping 

Return shipping is complimentary for eligible returns within the UAE.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without their original tags or original packaging
